Sean is responsible for providing direct assistance to both Senior Project Managers, Senior Asset Manager, and the Director of Housing to help ensure that projects run smoothly from start to finish. His responsibilities include gathering information required for each project, creating files, and ensuring that accurate information is on the network. He also assists with administrative tasks, preparing invoices and processing payments, working on payment applications and draws.

All though Sean is fairly new to housing development, he brings 16 years of experience managing housing services and is able to provide valuable insights to the development of new projects through the lens of services providers. Sean has a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Los Angeles Pacific University and is currently enrolled in the Master of Business Administration program also at Los Angles Pacific University.
