Ken is responsible for managing all aspects of affordable housing development, including acquisition, financing, design, entitlements, and construction. Ken has worked in affordable housing development since 2000. He worked as the Director of Housing for A Community of Friends. He and his team completed the acquisition and eventual construction of 607 units of affordable and Permanent Supportive Housing. Recruited by AMCAL Multi Housing, one of the largest developers of affordable housing in the State of California, he was responsible for site acquisitions that led to the construction of 439 units of multi family housing both market rate and affordable. Most recently, Ken worked for Domus Development as a Project Manager where he both acquired or was project manager for the construction of 306 units of affordable housing. Ken has been active as a principal during his career and has acquired, developed and sold 117 units of affordable housing.
